Pinewood Derby – AMC Cub Scout Pack 7

START YOUR ENGINES! IT IS PINEWOOD DERBY TIME!

We are excited to announce that our Pack will be co-hosting a Pinewood Derby event with the cub scout pack of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church of Flushing!   This will be a fun event for our scouts to be with their friends, make new friends, and race the pinewood derby cars that they built with their family.

The pinewood derby car kits will be distributed at the January 12, 2024 meeting to the scouts that are registered for this event.  Each participating scout MUST register and submit payment through this Realm page for the kit by January 10th.  The kits are $25 each, and include a pre-cut pinewood derby car block, wheels, axle guards, and attachable weight (paint and stickers for designing are not included so that each scout can design however they choose). This is a fun family activity to build and design the cars with your scout! (assembly will require parent supervision with the scout).
